We work hard to get your order packed up and headed your way, but delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Backpack Babes Co. is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses, lost packages, or events outside of our control.
Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
